Greenways Fine Cheeses was created in 2002 by Sue Smallwood.
It is a small cheesemaking concern which creates organic cheeses and bulk cheeses for the restaurant and catering industry.
The cheeses are made from wholesome milk sourced from two farmers who believe in the wholesome quality of milk. The milk is hormone, antibiotic and pesticide free.
The cultures used are not genetically modified and the rennet used is from vegetable origin.
The Organic cow’s milk is an certified organic by BCS Germany. Ayrshire milk which has superior qualities for cheesemaking.
Different types of cheeses that are available in both types of milk are pecorino, cheddar, gouda, mozzarella, halloumi, ricotta, feta, cream cheese, yoghurts.
We also make a delicious greek style yoghurt with the consistency of clotted cream which has no added thickeners or additives in it.
Greenways Fine Cheeses has a wholesale deli at the factory premises in Kyalami, Johannesburg, where all these products are available at great prices. There is also a range of organic chickens, free range beef and goat's cheeses as well as rice pastas, organic herbs and sauces for the discerning customer.
